Woods is in the process of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Federation of Professional Trainers. Woods has worked with athletes around the world to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

As a former collegiate basketball player and professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, Woods has mastered the skills necessary to help bring any athlete to the top. Woods specializes in training athletes for explosiveness, speed, and power. 

 

A long time vegetarian, Woods has developed nutritional programs and advice that specifically cater to the vegetarian and vegan athletes. Woods believes that proper nutrition and body nourishment is the pillar to all success in personal training.

 

Woods has trained a variety of clientele from all around the world, from dynamic athletes such as sprinters, jumpers, and fighters to endurance athletes like runners and cyclists.
